I did not receive the registration files you said you e-mailed.


First, contact Sales to validate your email address. If the email address is correct, it may be an indication that the attachments may be affecting an anti-virus or email blocker. Sometimes these e-mails end up in our customers' Spam and Junk folders.

If you do not know how to check those settings, or are unable to do so, we can send the email to an alternate email address, such as a Yahoo or Hotmail account.
