Returns and Repairs
Select the category of product that you are requesting service for. You will then be automatically redirected to the Return/Repair Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
All CCS products have a 30-day warranty. Any product sent in for repair outside of the warranty period will be diagnosed and the cost will be provided to customer before repair is made. All repairs are fully tested to production standards before return. All repairs carry a 30-day warranty, which begins the day the repaired item is shipped back to the customer.
