How long will I be able to receive technical support?


Technical support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.

CCS tech support will always answer technical support questions regardless of whether the customer is on active maintenance. However, customers do not receive fixes unless on active maintenance. Customers on active maintenance will receive priority over those who are not.
