ICD-U64 can not install the USB driver using windows7 32bit

Hello!
I bought ICD-U64 but can not be used to install drivers windows7 unsuccessful . Follow the instructions and still unusable
device status it shows
Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)
How to fix please help.

Unsuccessful
Can be used on windows xp
but It does not apply to windows7
