Problem with ICD

I built ICD1 from Microchip and loaded CCS firmware.
Programmer didn't recognize PIC16F628A and PIC16F819 but it recognized: PIC16F628, PIC16F873, PIC16F873A,PIC16F876A.
Do You know why it happened??
