slow icd interface starting

slow icd interface starting

I was tried the interface program 2.89, but its starting very slowly, need a minute to start it. I'm use icd-u40 rev 101. Tried on 2 computer, the 2.87 was much faster in starting.
Have any help or setting which can be do it faster?

If the icd is connected to a pic its much slower.
