ICD 3V PROBLEM

Hello,
I use a PIC18LF2523 at 3V and i want to program him with ICD-U40.
The MCLR pin is connected to a 10K resistor to 3V (decoupled by a 100NF capacitor). B7 and B6 are only conected to the ICD.

The ICD not program all the time and when he is programming a lot of errors occur.

What's wrong??

The CCS FAQ page says to use a 47K resistor:

However, that's for a 5v circuit. The equivalent resistor for a 3V
circuit would be 33K.

Read this thread. One person says that he had a 10K resistor
installed and it didn't work. He changed to 47K and it started working.

Remove the capacitor from MCLR too.
