How to debugger to DLP-245PL board.

I bought the USB Development Kit with CCS C compiler and ICD-U40. Now I try to debug my C code into DLP-245PL-G board with PIC18LF8722 microchip. There is only USB connector in DLP-245PL-G board. But, that is modular cable connector in target side of ICD-U40.
How can I connect the DLP-245PL-G board and ICD-U40/programmer to embed my code into microchip?
