Can anybody help me with a circuit diagram and code for a sound pressure level meter (spl meter).

No very hard...

Sample audio square it, then sum up. Take the sum and do a log and then finally multiply by 10.

Note that you will need to do some additional work, like filtering for C-weighting and also determining what is the best sample width.
