Pullup resistors on which lines for atmel dataflash?

Pullup resistors on which lines for atmel dataflash?

It doesnt mention anything on the atmel dataflash sheet - do you need pullups on any of the lines, and if so, which ones? I am assuming Dout would need one or the pic could have a floating input at times.

which chip u r using? New chips have internal pullups. Old ones have internal pullups on port 0 as I remember.
