preprocessor and compiler release
PostPosted: Thu Nov 12, 2020 10:43 am     Reply with quote

Hi to all,

I have compilers version 4 and 5 used for different project. I need to check compiler version when I build project. Is there any preprocessor function can give me error in case I use different compiler than I defined ?

Thanks for your support,
Ttelmah

You can do a preprocessor test like this (from the manual...):
Code:

#IF getenv("VERSION")<3.050
     #ERROR Compiler version too old
#ENDIF

Obviously for a specific version, you can test with == instead of <
