PROBLEM WITH DEBUGGER MODE ICD2-18F6520

ICD0083: Target not in debug mode, unable to perform operation
ICD0069: Unable to run target

I HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHIT ICD2
THE CONFIGURATION BIT IT'S OK
THE ELECTRIC CONNECTION IT'S OK

The major reason for this, is that you have not compiled your code
for use with the ICD2 debugger. Do this to fix it:

Go to this menu: Project / Build Options
Then enable the box for: Compile for use with ICD Debugger

MPLAB vs. 6.40 does not retain this setting. You have to set it
everytime you start MPLAB.
