read/write program eeprom
PostPosted: Thu Jan 22, 2004 9:07 pm     Reply with quote

Hi,

I understand that CCS built-in function have a read_program_eeprom() and write_program_eeprom().

What is the allowable range that can be use by the user? Is it safe to use the built-in function in an interrupt system?

In addition, would it be possible to use register access to write/read program eeprom? A code snippet will do for read/write program eeprom will help.

Thank u.

Hello chingB,

Please search in this forum for 'read_program_eeprom' etc. and you will find a lot of results.
Also look at the message from ritchie with the title: 'program eeprom help'
There is a little example.

For basic details please look at the ccs compiler manual under:

http://www.ccsinfo.com/ccscmanual.zip

Hope to help you
