How many Break Points in ICD-U with 18Fxxx ?

Can anybody help me in buing ICD-U? My question is How many Break Points we can have with ICD-U with 18Fxxx ?

What about Forest Electronic Developments?

They claim that could have:
"Up to 3 breakpoints for 16F series and 14 breakpoints for 18F series"
on their device.

Has anybody tested it? Is that possible?
