Advanced Circuits (www.4pcb.com) they have a $33ea deal

for larger quantities than 5 of smaller PCBS- my partner ( who does our layouts) creates a Gerber file that looks like a single multiply interconnected circuit at the power and ground plane level, sized under
the 60 sq inch "deal maximum" - and
then board shear the 5 bigger PCBS ourselves
to get dozens or more of smaller identical PCBS for limited production uses.

No you won't get a paste mask for that $$ but tweezers , tiny iron tips and air pencils let us do SMD short runs by hand too.

For Work I use Bay Area Circuits.

They do an outstanding job.
Go to the "Buy Now" Look for the 2 Layer Special or the Weekend Warrior.
On the 2 layer special it stated that you get 3 but they always come back at 4 min and some times 5.
The 4 layer special is also really good.

And for home project I have used OSHPark and they do a good job also.

I have used OSHPark, and others but for small cheap and fast run i use itead.
They run the pcb for about 5 workdays and then the shipping to EU (Denmark) 5-15 days.
