CCSLOAD new code changes compiler editor settings

I am running 4.131 compiler no problem until I upgraded U-64 ccsload update to 4.046.

When loaded the new U-64 code the compiler jumped in the display and the editor will not save editor settings along with many other editor settings will not retain new settings.
After a couple of frustrating days with this change, will not do a go back to old code.
Looking for suggestions??
