ICD-U40 damage bootloader

I try new software ccsload and upgrade my ICD-U40 with new firmware. After all I can`t communicate with ICD, software give me note that bootloader is damege. I try to load older firmware but PC can`t communicate with ICD.

I have board REV1 with mcu PIC18LF252 on ICD unit.

Please help me to solve the problem.
