Hello
Is there a sensor that I can measure the frequency in the human body? Or how can I measure the frequency of the body?

No.
There is no single frequency. The various parts of the human body have
different resonances. The one you are probably talking about is the primary
natural frequency of a standing body, which is typically about 7.5Hz.
Measuring this is normally done on a vibrating platform.
You'd need multiple wide band frequency detectors and read the values
at each one, then perform a spectrum analysis of the values from this.
So no simple single sensor, a lot of sensors, and a lot of maths.
Do a search on the Dewesoft human body solution, and ISO 2631.
This is for the seated position rather than standing. and is measured
using forced impacts.
