Number of Breakpoints.

Im using the ICD80 in debug mode. Using a Pic16f1705. Im only able to get 1 breakpoint in debugging. is this correct?

No.
Many of the chips like this only support one hardware breakpoint.
Now on the 16F1719, there is a special hardware pack available, that
supports 32 breakpoints:

This requires real ICE.
There are others, but I can't see one for your chip.

Your chip though should support 3 breakpoints.

One is normally saved for things like 'run to cursor'. However you should
have two usable.
You can see this in CCS, by selecting the device editor for your device,
and selecting the 'Tools' tab. About ten items down it should list the number
of breakpoints supported.

Have you got MPLAB-X available?. If so try the debug in here. Also check
your ICD has the latest firmware.
