CCS installation instructions for MPLAB v6

Can someone please help to explain how to install CCS C with MPLAB v6 because I need CCS C so I can implement a PIC16F877.

1. Install MPLAB

2. Install CCS

3. Download, from CCS web site, "MPLAB6.EXE". Install
that, and you should be up and running.

The order of (1) and (2) don't matter, but the correct answer
to any "path" question in (3) does!
