I am afraid that the file is copyrighted, unless you have bought a
compiler in the past

Actually that file also comes with the demo version of the compiler which you are allowed to use for 30 days. Here is a link to it:

If you have a legal copy of the compiler CCS would likely help you with files you may be missing. If you don't .........
