How can u protect the data contain in Data EEPROM
PostPosted: Tue Mar 16, 2004 4:14 am     Reply with quote

I am using PIC18F1320 and I write data to data eeprom (internal-256bytes) to store a fix 4bytes data.

My problem really is that when I turn-off the power and on it again... the data in the eeprom is erased or contains 0000.

Any help please...

Thanx

I haven't found this to happen. I'm using the 18F458 with ICD2, and
it retains the data. Are you possibly using the simulator, instead of
actual hardware ?
