About data sheet, you can open direct on link or download on your PC and open it by MS Excel.
If you needed this data, please send me a software to create ASCII table as you told, I'll make and send for you again.
And function of this circuit, I don't know, because I didn't make it. I only want to make a circuit with same function (I used oscilloscope to measure waveform output, and make it like above). If you can, please show me a function to control a DC motor by trigger triac.
Please asking me about all data if you are unclear.

I can now see your 'scope traces, they're not easy to interpret without an indication of sweep speed (or can't I find it?).

To help we must know what kind of drive you have in front of you.
As it stands your waveforms bear little resemblance to any triac drive I've ever seen.
I'm also puzzled by what the different modes are meant to do.
The repeat rates are such that I'd imagine they make the motor judder.
Then I suppose on a sewing machine, nobody will notice.
