The impedance of this is much too high to drive the ADC. The ADC has an
input requirement, that the source should not have an impedance above
about 10KR.
If you want a high impedance input, you need to add a buffer amplifier....

even if I put an buffer....that is not a problem... my problem will be the same, because I can't measure correctly the battery voltage with my circuit.
Using this micro I will not be able of getting/measure (using the circuit that I have), the battery voltage (for replacing the battery).
That is why I'm thinking in using either an low voltage detector or an external voltage reference for the micro ADC.
