SWITCH NUMBER 12345678

Switch 1 enables faster or slower

10001010 is the setting for 10% faster where 1 = on
.......................00001010 is 10% slower

CCS does not have a C++ compiler. It's C only.

From your description and the drawing I still have no idea what this is supposed to do. Is it supposed to adjust the calibration of a speedometer with some sort of software PLL?
