ok so I have decided to use the internal oscillator for timer 1. I would like to know what frequency does this operate at???

Is this frequency affected by the oscillator frequency??

If not.......
when I use the code:

   setup_timer_1(T1_INTERNAL|T1_DIV_BY_4);  //.8us resolution

Does that mean no matter what my Fosc is I will always get a 0.8uS resolution??
