is it possible to use more than 256bytes of eeprom in 16F877a such as below;

No. Read the data sheet...
Multiple solutions:
1) Add en external EEPROM. Simple 8pin chip, sizes ranging from 256 bytes, to 1000* this size. Or, use an FRAM (much faster writes).
2) If the values don't need to change, use constant arrays.
3) Upgrade to a PIC with a larger EEPROM.
4) If the values only change _very_ infrequently, upgrade to a 'F' chip, that supports writing to the program memory.
