RealIce with CCS IDE

Has anyone tried to use the MC RealIce debugger with CCS ? There is a file to download on the website but the instructions are not very clear. I put the file in the PICC directory but still get "failure to load" error. I have a email to CCS but they have been slow lately. Thanks, Mick
