Unknown device on some computers

Hi,

I have made a keyboard with a PIC18F4550.
It works fine on some computers but not on some laptops, even with a powered usb hub.
The Vusb seems correct (with oscilloscope) but there seems to be no data transfers.
I have no more ideas why this happens. Any idea ???
