Hy!

I have put 5V on ground in the ICD-U by error

When i perfrom test on ICD all is OK

But when i try to emulate or write on pic , a verify open open and all register not get the good value ?

I Need help to find the burn part inside the ICD module ?

I guess, you've pried the enclosure open already. Do you see any charred parts?
Check with a multimeter: are ICD's +5V and GND open or shorted? Check if PGM or PGC or PGD or MCLR are shorted to +5V or GND?
Connect the opened ICD-U to the USB. Does the ICD PIC's crystal oscillate? Does the FTDI's crystal oscillate? They probably do, since the ICD passes the test, but check anyways.

Hy !

I have make some test ,

I have no burn part !

The pic have good 5V .

No short on the rj11 header on all pin.

The only thing is the OSC on the pin have have no oscillation just .9v and 2v on OSC pin ?

It's, probably, the PIC. (Althought it could be the xtall too, but it's less likely.) See if you can re-download the ICD's firmware. May be it will fix your problem without reaplacing any components.
