Cannot program 18F4620 with FW 1.39

Has anyone successfully programmed a 18F4620 or 18LF4620 with ICDU-40?

FW 1.39 Rev#97 seems to recognise them and write to them right, but then a new window pops up stating that all addresses read back 3FF.

The programmer has written other chips well. SW is ICDU v2.30. I'll double-triple check my HW.

Oooops, I have been fiddling around with the abundance of fuses and now it seems to work.
