Hello! During the surfing into the forum, I came across to a specific example called:

I searched for this into my own examples, then I went to CCS Web site, then made a forum search, unfortunately without success. Would somebody point me where to find/download that file?

It comes with the ethernet controller development kit, not with the compiler itself.
You need to either buy this kit, or ask CCS themselves if you can have it.
