PWM question with pic16f876

I want to drive a GM solenoid, part# 1997152 using a PWM signal. I assume that the PWM will have a limited current that it can drive. I checked the datasheet, http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/30292c.pdf, but I dont see that information. How can I tell if this exceeds the solenoid? If it does exceed, what are some possible solutions? I figure that a relay would not be fast enought to keep up with a PWM signal.

It says its a high side what does that mean? it also comes in a low side.
