More flexible LCD driver file can be used for PICDEM2

Here is a driver file that will allow you to move the control and data lines around a bit. I modified the CCS for someone a while back and here it is.

No, but CCS provides some.

This is actually CCS's LCD driver where I just changed the declaration section to allow control and data lines to be on different ports. It is set up to work with a PICDEM 2 PLUS board. Refer to that schematic or just look at the declaration section.

Mark....what is the pin to pin connection between PIC and LCD,,,according to your driver???

I am using PIC 18F2525 and I have RB0 to RB5 free....and would like to connect to the LCD using those pins...

so how can I make your driver works for the connection I suggested??/
