file system/removeable media PIC data to PC
PostPosted: Mon Jun 28, 2004 7:48 pm     Reply with quote

I'd like to collect data and write it from a PIC to some media like CF, SD, etc. or even better a USB Thumbsize Flash drive; anything available to rd/wr a file system with a serial or parallel interface? I'm willing to buy a library if it actually works.

(I'm sure this has been discussed; didn't find the right keywords.)

And for CF:

This is read only and is geared towards MP3, but can be extended to support general rd/wr. I have used it and modified it - seem to work ok.

Try my Compact Flash code from www.mpic3.com. I use it in my MP3 player projects.
