Old version CCSC with new MPLAB

How can we use old version 3.094 with MPLAB 6.4 for example? I cannot compile and program with it.

May someone show me a tutorial to cooperate CCS C and MPLAB?

By the way, how to update new version? Will it be charged as updating?

I would like to use MPLAB because it's familiar with meeh.

As for updating your compiler, go to this page and scroll down to "C Compiler Maintenance".
