variables defenition.

Hello
I want to define variable that is range –127...127 and in range 0…256
If I define char temp;
Do I define variable in range –127...127 or in range 0…256?
How to define variables in these ranges?

Hi

unsigned char is from 0 to 255
signed char is from -128 to +127
