ICD - U40 Configuration fuses
PostPosted: Mon Mar 01, 2004 2:39 pm     Reply with quote

Hello,
I am using the ICD-U40 to program a PIC18F6520. When I program my board the "Verification Results" window pops up and there is a lot of stuff in RED. What does the "Raw Data" refer to?

I get
Actual: 00 21 0C 0E 83 01 81 00 0F C0 0F E0 0F 40
Expected: 00 21 0C 0E 83 01 81 00 FF C0 FF E0 FF 40

I have no idea what this means or how to modify it.

I also have a whole bunch of fuses that don't match. I tried changing them in the firmware, but it didn't change anything.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks,
mle

Hello Gast,
Sometimes, normally at first start of the CCS IDE and compiling the code I have the same problem. But after another compile it will working fine.
I use a 18F452, but that can't the reason.
It seems so the there is nobody in the forum who know a solution.
I think you should inform CCS under SUPPORT@CCSINFO.COM
Tell them all information compiler version etc.
