Constant out of valid range...why?
PostPosted: Mon Feb 02, 2004 9:26 pm     Reply with quote

main()
{
int x;
x = 128;

//so so so
}

Isn't it that even in CCS compiler an int is an 8-bit number. So why does this give me a "Constant out of the valid range" error? It can only handle a 7-bit number.

Thanks anyway.
