Just a follow up
I sent all the information to CCS support and this what I got back.

I determined the issue was because the compiler isn't generating the OSCFAIL trap vector for this device family. We corrected the issue and the fix will be in the next compiler release we do, which should be in the next day or two.

So I'm not sure how I would have seen this in the list file.
But I'm really happy that there was something for them to find.
We will see when the compiler is updated.
