Simple printf and interrupt question
PostPosted: Mon Nov 26, 2001 11:18 am     Reply with quote

If the processor is in the middle of running a printf command and an interrupt has been called, what happens if that interrupt uses the printf command. When the program returns to the main printf, will it continue with it correctly?

It is regarding from the usage. Do you have a simple printf() to use the UART as output or using it with an output function (as LCD_Write_data() or same) as the first parameter?
Do you have delay_ms() calls in your IT handler (including subroutines e.g. LCD handling)?
