4 bit output

Hi group, some hel where please :

I need to convert decimal variable to binary values on a output on 4 ports , ex:
when i have
int A=3
RB0=1
RB1=0
RB2=1
RB3=0

int A=7
RB0=1
RB1=1
RB2=1
RB3=0
Any idea , please ?
