Hello. I have a doubt about CAD. How many it can be value between two reference (RA2 and RA3). IT coud be 5mV or it can be larger.?

Your question is not clear. What chip are you referring to? I am not familliar with "CAD" referring to PICs.

On the Pic16F87x the referance voltage limits are for
Vref+ Max AVDD +0.3V Min AVDD -2.5V
Vref- Max Vref+ -2.0V Min AVSS -0.3V
This would appear to indicate that the minimum difference between Vref+ and Vref- is 2.0V
