SIOW most recently used file list.
PostPosted: Wed Oct 26, 2022 4:09 pm     Reply with quote

How can I clear the list of recently used files for software download in SIOW? Mine appears to be filled because new entries are not added. Some of the existing ones are months if not years old.

*edit* It is the list of FOLDERS rather than FILES that has the issue. I also failed initially to report that folders from other non-CCS development tools appear, such as Visual Studio and Android SDK.

I don't think that is actual from SIOW. That is the recent folders option
in the Windows quick access folder. This is why is contains stuff from loads
of other places. CCS just ask explorer to show this.

In Explorer, select 'File', Change Folder & Search options.
Then near the bottom under 'Privacy', push the button for 'Clear File
Explorer history'. Hopefully it'll then start to work more sensibly.

Clearing the Quick Access list has solved my issue. Thanks.
