I have learned an article which talks about LMD18200 H-Bridge,
and I would like to know WHAT function it has?

Here is the article link: https://www.kynix.com/components/LMD18200-H-Bridge-Datasheet-PDF-CAD-Models-Circuit.html

It's primarily used to control a DC motor (forward, reverse, brake, hold functions), though it can be used for other applications.
There's millions of 'hits' of the web about H-bridges.
You need to be sure the H-bridge is 'matched' to whatever load you're using. IE: if the motor requires 20 Amps, an H-bridges rated for 1A will NOT work ! poof ! Also , proper wring and EMI protection are critical as well as a solid power supply !
