When I got informed of an 'EOL', End Of Life for a certain product, I did some quick 'math'....Qty of product sold, possible future sales, pieces needed per product (2 in my case), spares for repairs,'life' of my product. Worst case, I needed 500 pieces so I ordered 200. STILL have 100+- sitting in a bin.....
so.. the OP needs to do some 'math', pretty sure he's burned a LOT of R&D money for an upgrade that he may not have needed, money better spent to buy inventory. |
