No. The current drawn on the VDDIO pin varies as the signals switch.
It needs a regulated 1.8v supply.
You also absolutely must have the level switchers or the PIC is never
going to see the signals as going high enough.

Except the SDA and SCL line, is there any other line require a pull up ?

No.

However the point is that these need to be to the VDDIO voltage.

You need a VDDIO supply to the chip, then the SCL and SDA lines
need pullups to this. Then these have to feed a level translator chip
or FET translators, to create higher voltage verssions of the lines
which then have their own pullups to the PIC's supply line. The pullups
to VDDIO will need to be about 500R. The ones to the PIC supply about
1100R.

You are dealing with a chip that is not directly connectable to your PIC.
This incompatibility must be handled. _MUST_.

Now there is another big issue, that the very low voltage used by this
chip is not compatible with (for example) standard MOSFET level
shifting. Finding a level translator that can work down to 1.8v will
be quite difficult. The BOB-12009 from Sparkfun is rated for 1.8v
devices, having very low gate level FETs.
