| Loading 2 HEX files at once |

I'm using a bootloader to load my main program over USB.
Currently, I use CCSLoad + ICD-U64 to program the PIC with the bootloader hex file (let's call it B.hex). I then open up SIOW in order to load the main application (let's call it A.hex)
Everything works well, but it takes forever.
Is there any way to combine the B.hex and A.hex files into a single HEX file that CCSLoad can program the PIC with in one shot?
Some notes:
1. Both A.hex and B.hex have a link to this include file:

2. My bootloader code has this directive to pull in serial numbers from a text file stored in the same folder:
