mplab 6.20 and CCS 3.148

( I ask excuse for my English )

I have installed mplab's version 6.20 but I am not still able to compile my project, mplab return this error

Deleting intermediary files... done.
Executing: "C:\WINDOWS\PICC\Ccsc.exe" "e180.c" +FM +DF +LN +T -A +M +Z +Y=9 +EA
Error: The selected compiler: "PCM" is not installed on this PC
Halting build on first failure as requested.
BUILD FAILED

I have installed plugin ccs and the compiler's path is ok
Mplab 5.20 is installed in the c:\program\mplab.." path.
it hasn't problem.

which thing I can do?

Is Mplab 5.20 a typo? When installing mplab 6.x it instructs you to uninstall all older versions first. If you did not do that, it could be your problem.

I had a similar problem, ending up reinstalling mplab and ccs to no avail. I contacted ccs - the solution is to check and ensure that you have all the .crg files in the same folder as the ccsc.exe. For some reason the ccs install did not copy them over, or something else removed them, although everything else seemed fine.

I have unistalled PCW and MPLAB 5.70 then I have reinstalled PCW and its plug-in. Now is all ok.
