How can I get mplab5 under ccs?

I USE PCW PIC C COMPILER, AND I WANT AFTER COMPILE MY PROGRAM I WOULD LIKE PROGRAM PIC USING MPLAB5.I HAVE MPLAB5
IN MY COMPUTER BUT ALTOUGH THIS STATEMENT WRITTEN ON HELP
FILE MPLAB 5:

If MPLAB is installed before the compiler then integration with MPLAB is automatic. Otherwise use the following command:

CCSC +SETUP


MY PCW PROGRAM CANNOT USE MPLAB5. HOW CAN I SOLVE MY
PROBLEM?

Use the Import function of MPLAB to import the Hex file. Then enable
your programmer in MPLAB and use it to program the Hex file.
Look in the "File" menu of MPLAB to see the Import function.
